I'm so glad you decided to make the choice to take the responsibility of your life into your own hands! You'll notice that with most of the parts, there are 'Check Your Understanding' worksheets. These are to help you remember what you heard and read on the video. Studies show that we are able to absorb and retain more of what we learn by actively participating. Some prefer to fill them out WHILE they are watching and learning, others prefer to wait until after the video and fill in the blanks. What ever works best for you is the right way.
